For her day of coordination, Mallory took my visions to life. Truly I had such specific plans for my decor and I was so stressed I couldn’t set it up on my own, but Mallory took my inspiration and ran with it to make the venue a magical space. It was truly better than I could have imagined. Mallory also coordinated all of the vendors, stuck to the timeline, made sure we ate (!!!! so amazing to have all of our cocktail hour aps in our bridal room!!) and truly made the day so perfect. Mallory was such a huge help during my wedding planning experience as my coordinator! She was so organized, detail oriented, and communicative. During the month before the wedding, she reached out to all of my vendors which took a lot of the pressure off! During the wedding day, Mallory ensured all of the small details were exactly how I wanted them and thanks to her, the day was flawless! After lots of research and filtering, we finally decided to go with Mallory as our day of coordinator (though she was very much involved in planning well before the big day). From our first meeting, she was so sweet and friendly and made sure all our questions and concerns were laid to rest. She has the insight and experience to know what needed to be done and exactly how to go about doing it. I'm very particular and knew how I envisioned our wedding, and thankfully Mal was there to help us bring everything together. Though our wedding was intimate (30 guests) there was a lot to get done and she worked with us studiously every step of the way. She was especially understanding in terms of working around our busy schedules (we are both in dental school so we never had any real time off) and helped keep us on track with the big items that needed to be established early on vs the smaller details that we could decide on later. Mal worked flawlessly with our other vendors, ensuring everyone was on the same page and if there were ever any real hiccups during the wedding, they were completely unbeknown to us. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just as you wish, and I think the sweetest part was when she kept reminding us throughout the evening to make sure we ate. Such a lovely and genuine person and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding, she's your lady. Please do yourself a favor and book her!

Mallory was incredible!! She was so helpful leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. Mallory was our month of Wedding Coordinator. She knew our expectants and vibe for the wedding and executed it flawlessly. We’d say, after the brides, she was the 3rd most important role at our wedding. Mallory managed vendors, finalized orders of rentals, overall communication with vendors and expectations day of. We had 2 pre-meetings about coordination; meetings with the caterer and Mallory was on site with us for the rehearsal and for the day of. She and her team assisted with the ceremony and personal touches. She kept us on time - with five minute warnings - kept vendors on time and solved problems that came up without us having to get involved. One of our brides is a career event manager so that was important to us - to be able to let loose and know that Mallory had it under control. Mallory is a seasonal professional, she knows when to take the lead and when to take a step back with many other seasoned event vendors in the room. Mallory and her team at Moments that Matter were life savers. My husband and I only had a couple of months to plan our wedding. Malloy kept us on track, added special details that only someone with her experience level would think of, and kept our vision as her first priority. She is detail driven (which I thoroughly appreciate) and very communicative. She and her team were on-site for walk throughs and always willing to take on tasks to make my life easier. She reviewed contracts, kept timelines, and was the point of contact for all of our day-of vendors. Most importantly, she RAN every minute of the wedding. I don’t even know where to begin to explain how incredible Mallory made our wedding. My husband and I were married in October 2020 and a pandemic wedding, albeit very small, was still tremendously stressful. I’m also Type A and had a difficult time believing that anyone could execute the day in the way that I envisioned. I couldn’t have been more wrong!

Mallory coordinated with every vendor we had, would communicate final information and took off every ounce of logistical work I had on my to-do list. She made the day of our wedding truly stress-free and I could actually be in the moment with our friends and family. I know with certainty that it wouldn’t have been as picture-perfect without her guidance and just love of what she does. We knew we mattered to her and I can never thank her enough for allowing us to live in the moment on the best day of our lives.

The best money we spent on the wedding was hiring Mallory and Moments That Matter. We were hosting a wedding in Providence but live in Virginia. Mallory relieved me of all of my worries about vendors and how everyone would move from the hotel, to the church and to the reception. Mallory was a huge stress reliever for the bride and the MOB!
