Must be booked 6 months in advance
Our team will take the time to customize your coordination package and assist with all of your needs from start to finish. This includes facilitating your rehearsal dinner, post brunch, etc. We will make your appointments, secure vendors, facilitate vendor contracts, help with decor (set up/breakdown), offer a detailed timeline configuration, and everything in between. We also offer Partial Planning if booked 3 months in advance. Rates beginning at $5,500 for Full Planning and $3,425 for Partial Planning.
Day of Coordination
Begin working with you two months prior to your date
Our team will generate a detailed timeline for your event and be on site for the entire duration (before and after) for exceptional execution. We will also be in contact with your vendors prior to your event, greet them the day of, and ensure they are properly set up. We will set up all of your decor/rentals, as well as, break down and clean up at the end of your event. We are here to help execute your flawless event. Rates beginning at $2,250.
Miscellaneous
Can book anytime
You may only need simple tasks throughout your day. For example, setting up linens/decor, finding the right transportation or hotel for your guests, finding a dog or baby sitter. We are here to help tie those miscellaneous loose ends, assist with simple tasks, and accommodate your needs, whatever they may be! Rates beginning at $250.
