Our team will generate a detailed timeline for your event and be on site for the entire duration (before and after) for exceptional execution. We will also be in contact with your vendors prior to your event, greet them the day of, and ensure they are properly set up as agreed upon. We will set up all of your decor/rentals, as well as, break down and clean up at the end of your event. We are here to help execute your flawless event. Rates beginning at $3,250.
Partial Planning

Our team will supply you with day of coordination services that begin immediately. We are in constant communication with your vendors to ensure nothing is missed along the way, while providing recommendations and guidance wherever possible. This allows us to get to know and understand your needs and vision that much more! Rates beginning at $4,500.
Full Planning
Must be booked 6 months in advance
Our team will take the time to customize your coordination package and assist with all of your needs from start to finish. This includes facilitating your rehearsal dinner, post brunch, etc. We will make your appointments, secure vendors, facilitate vendor contracts, help with decor (set up/breakdown), offer a detailed timeline configuration, and everything in between. Rates beginning at $8,000.
